Let every heart prepare a room for the wonderfully majestic, mercifully just, faithfully loving, and forever holy Lord and Savior!

Our good works and causes are in vain if they are not initiated and sustained by God, the author and perfecter of our inward transformation.

We can't market Jesus. He doesn’t need us to make Him attractive enough for the world, and the world can't negotiate His terms either.

Emotions have their place, to be sure, but they can't and shouldn't be the basis or a substitute for faith.

We risk devastating consequences when we get inappropriately attached to people or entertain improper thoughts.

My life and heart won, fair and square.

Our words, thoughts, actions, or inaction have consequences, but there's mercy!

It all seemed so easy, but now that I'm here, my mess completely unfolding, I realize that I don't know the first thing about being god.

To anyone currently feeling pressed, crushed, or perplexed, know this: you are not forgotten, not by El Roi, “The God who sees you."

We are deeply (trans)formed by who we do life with; that is, who we love and are loved by.

When there's no stability in who you are, you become everything without being anything. Think about it!

We are a restless, hopeless, wanna-be fixer generation that’s almost always exhausted, but there's a better way!

There is living, more like existing, and then there is really and wholly living.

Who has and holds you? Is it a Love that sees you, knows you, and stays even after it has seen through you?

Even the heart, which we're so urged to follow these days, is deceitful above all things!

We live as if life is all about the here and now. That's what we claim to believe. Yet we yearn for eternity, but what's a soul worth?

There's nothing better than experiencing God. If you don't believe me–in fact, don't take my word for it–just taste and see for yourself!

The thing is, though, we are always sacrificing something… ponder, what sacrifices have you been making. Are they worth it?
